چکیده

The developments of lidocaine chloride loaded nanoparticles are encouraging biomaterials, which could be used for wound healing applications abdominal pain management. current work presents the composition dressings based on (LCH) (anesthetic drug)-loaded Polymyxin (PMN)/Glycol (GLY). LCH nanocomposite (LCH@PMN/GLY) were fabricated by oxide solutions within PMN/GLY matrix. influences different experimental limitations formations examined. and LCH@PMN/GLY nanoparticle sizes evaluated high resolution-scanning electron microscopy (HR-SEM). Additionally, antibacterial efficacy was developed gram-positive negative microorganisms. Moreover, we examined in vivo skin wounds formed mouse models over 20 days. In contrast to untreated wounds, rapid perceived LCH@PMN/GLY-treated with less damage. These findings indicate that LCH@PMN/GLY-based bandaging materials a potential innovative biomaterial tissue repair implantation nursing care incision intensive unit (ICU) management an animal model.
